I love Focaccia bread as it’s tastes so flavorful especially when warmed up. It tastes so delicious by itself but when turned into grilled cheese takes it to another level. This grilled cheese has 2 cheeses, cream cheese and cheddar cheese and the combination of 2 works so well in between the bread. This was ultimate comfort food I had past weekend and it was super filling. When you grill the bread the cheese melts perfectly between the crusty the bread.
